Support
Boyo is a travel journal. Log a trip spot by spot as you go, rate what was worth it, publish it when you're home, and see where the people you follow have actually been.

Email support@boyo.inc — questions, bugs, account trouble, reports, press. We answer within two business days, and within 24 hours for anything about objectionable content or a safety concern. There's also a contact form at boyo.inc.
Common things
| Publish a trip | Open the trip, rate every spot and answer whether you'd recommend it, then tap Publish. The button tells you if a spot is still missing a rating. |
|---|---|
| Keep a trip private | Trips are private until you publish. Archive tucks a finished trip away without deleting it. |
| Report content | Use the … menu on any trip, spot, comment or profile. Tell us the reason; we review within 24 hours. |
| Block someone | … menu on their profile → Block. They vanish from your feed, search and profile, and can no longer follow, like or comment on you. Manage the list in Profile → Settings → Blocked Accounts. |
| Forgot your password | Tap "Forgot password" on the email sign-in screen. If you signed up with Apple or Google, use that button instead. |
| Notifications stopped | Check iOS Settings → Boyo → Notifications, then sign out and back in so the device re-registers. |
| Deactivate your account | Profile → Settings → Deactivate. Your profile and trips are hidden; signing back in restores everything. |
| Delete your account | Profile → Settings → Delete Account Permanently. This removes your profile, trips, spots, photos, bookmarks, likes and comments. It cannot be undone. |
